Producer M Chandrasekhar (of 'Bindhaas' fame) is behind this film. It is Telugu film, 'Kushi's remake.

The film is directed by Mussanje Mahesh, who had earlier declared that he would never do a remake again. He has also penned the screenplay. The camera has been handled by PKH Doss.

The remaining cast includes Srinivasamurthy, Sharan, Jai Jagdeesh, Tejaswini, Satish and others.
