Silambarasan in Mani Ratnam's next?

.....

Though there is a buzz that Simbhu has walked out of K.V. Anand's 'Ko', he's reported to have been completely bowled over by the offer of Mani Ratnam. It seems that the veteran filmmaker has approached Silambarasan to perform the lead role in his next project slated to take off by November. Probably, it is expected to be a bilingual film featuring a hot and happening actor of B-town in lead role for the Hindi version. When approached the spokesperson of Silambarasan, he remained tightlipped mentioning that nothing has been officially confirmed till the moment.

Meanwhile, Simbhu is curiously awaiting the release of his upcoming film 'Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya' slated to hit screens on Feb 19. With Udhayanidhi Stalin of Red Giant Movies acquiring the film's rights, he has been marketing this film across his satellite channel networks thereby publicizing the film to a bigger audience.
