Kavita Krishnamurthy scores high on L. Subramaniam's list!

Subramaniam says, "'Nimbooda Nimbooda' from the movie Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam is one of my favorite songs, as it is basically a pure folk number which was creatively converted into Bollywood dance number by Ismail Darbar."

"The whole credit for converting that number into a Bollywood folk song goes to Ismail Darbar. Not only 'Nimbooda Nimbooda' but there are many songs that are polished, and are given to the audience in a new pack, I really appreciate those music directors," signs off the musician.

Well the song is sung by none other than his wife Kavita Krishnamurthy, no wonder this classic composer gave a good listen to the Bollywood song before passing a verdict on the same!
