Delhi Metro to partially curtail services Jan 26, 29

New Delhi, Jan 24 : The services of Delhi Metro will be partially curtailed during Republic Day parade and Beating Retreat ceremony, officials said Sunday.

"Train schedules of Line 2 (Central Secretariat to Jahangirpuri), Line 3 (Noida City Centre to Dwarka Sector 9) and Line 4 (Yamuna Bank to Anand Vihar) will be affected. Parking will also be closed for some time," Delhi Metro spokesman Anuj Dayal said.

On Jan 26, Metro service will not be available till 12:30 p.m. at the Central Secretariat and Patel Chowk Metro stations of Line 2 and Mandi House and Pragati Maidan Metro stations of Line 3.

On Jan 29, Metro services will not be available during Beating Retreat ceremony from 3.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. at the Central Secretariat and Patel Chowk Metro stations of Line 2.
