Rajinikanth Praises Upendra For His Kannada Film 'Super'

January 31, 2011 : Kannada film director Upendra, who invited superstar Rajinikanth for watching his movie Super has got lucky to earn appreciations from the veteran. On Friday evening, Rajinikanth watched the film in Bengaluru.

The film starring Upendra, Tulip Joshi and Nayantara impressed the superstar and he praised the director terming him one of the best directors in the film industry. The film has been produced by Rockline Venkatesh, who also watched the movie along with the veteran star. They watched the movie at Renukamba Digital theater in Bengaluru. Director Upedra, Kumar Bangarappa and Munirathna also accompanied the superstar.

The praise from Rajinikanth has brightened the chances of the movie in Tamil and Telugu versions. The producer had a plan of releasing the audio of Telugu version when it completes 75 days in Karnataka. The Telugu and Tamil versions of the movie are set to hit theaters in the next month.

Now, the appreciation from Rajini will take it the larger community of his fans in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. The superstar also expressed his interest in working in Kannada films provided the story, time and God allows.

We hope Upendra makes good use of this appreciation to promote his film among Telugu and Tamil audience.
