Prasthanam slated for January end release

Director Deva Katta, who was basically an NRI, attracted the Telugu audiences with his debut film Vennela.

He took a considerable gap and got ready to direct Prasthanam. The film had completed all the formalities recently.

The film runs with Vijayawada in its backdrop. Sarwanand and Ruby Parihar played the lead roles in this film produced by Ravi Vallabhaneni.

The producer says, "It is the story of the contemporary society. The story and its movement would be very impressive. The decisions taken by the hero would show the path on which he should move forward. What kind of lights he found in his journey is the basic subject of the film. We are making efforts to release the film during this month itself."

Sandeep Kishan, Kishore, Jayaprakash Reddy, Jeeva, Pavitra Lokesh, Surekhavani and others encompass a star cast of the film.
