Maro- A mind game

Nithin is playing the hero in 'Maro' (Violent but silent) directed by noted Malayalam director Siddique and produced by Mamidala Srinivas and K Sagar under the banner of Sri Rajeswari Films. The film had almost completed its shooting but for the canning of a song.

Producers say, "We are planning to choreograph the remaining song on Nithin and a young heroine. Nithin is playing a character which perfectly suits his body language. Several elements that could attract the youth are imbibed in it. Elements like love, sentiment, action, entertainment, suspense and thriller were part of the film. We are planning to launch the audio on January 20."

Director Siddique says, "I have directed 9 films in Malayalam and two in Telugu. Both the films 'Peddarikam and Hitler' were remade in Telugu from the originals which were directed by me. I am sure that this film would be a bigger hit than those two. Especially, the tunes scored by Manisharma would be a plus point for the movie."

Nithin says, "The entire subject is based on mind game. I am playing the role of an IIT student. How a youth faced the obstacles in his life with the power of mind was beautifully explained on the screen."

Meera Chopra, Abbas, Kota Srinivasa Rao. Ali, Venumadhav, Raghubabu, Chalapati Rao, Narasimha Raju, Raja Sridhar, Rajkiran, Ramaprabha, Rajyalakshmi, Kavita and others are in the cast. Dialogues are by Chintapalli Ramana, music is by Manisharma, camera is by V Jayaram, editing is by TR Sekhar, while Vasavi M is the presenter.
