Kalavar King to be released in second week of Jan

Nikhil and Swetha Basu Prasad are playing the lead in 'Kalavar King' directed by L Sekhar, presented by Sri Dhanalakshmi Productions and produced by Dammalapati Srinivasa Rao and M Chandrasekhar under the banner of Sai Krishna Productions.

The producers say, "We are planning to release the film on January 14 as Sankranti gift. Presently re-recording works are in progress. One more song is yet to be canned and it would be shot on Nikhil and a popular heroine in the first week of January. There was a very good response to the audio which was released into the market recently."

Director Sekhar says, "For those who know about playing cards, there is no need to explain the value of Kalavar King. Our hero's character would also be so colorful and important in the movie. Nikhil played the role of a mimicry artiste. The audiences would enjoy the role of Ajay who plays the villain. The comedy track picturised on Ali, Raghubabu and Venumadhav would make the audiences burst into laughter."
