Shaan gets his 'Strikers' from Kolkata

Kolkata, Nov 30 : Popular singer Shaan came to Kolkata Monday to select his 'fourth Striker' for Star Plus' new music reality show 'Music Ka Mahamuquabla'.

The real twist came when Shann, along with his team - Debojit Saha, Anwesha Datta and Harshit Saxena-picked up not one, but two contestants-Nandini Dev and Ravi Trivedi.

'We were overwhelmed to see the kind of response we got for the auditions. Both Nandini and Ravi are so good that I want to hear more of them before finally selecting one of the two as our fourth rockstar striker,' Shaan said.

To complete their teams, the six captains of 'Music Ka Mahamuquabla' reached out to six different cities to pick their final team members.

Unfolding through a journey spanning 13 weeks, 'Music ka Mahamuqabla' will be captained by India's most popular singers namely, Himesh Reshammiya, Mika Singh, Mohit Chauhan, Shaan, Shankar Mahadevan and Shreya Ghosal. Completing the team, will be three singers from popular singing talent hunts, in each team, along with a fourth 'striker' selected via auditions.
