Heavy rains likely in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam

Pune, July 13 : Heavy rains are likely to occur at many places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya, West Bengal and Sikkim, Bihar and east Uttar Pradesh.

Rains or thundershowers are likely to occur at many places in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, west Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, east Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chattisgarh, Konkan and Goa, coastal Andhra Pradesh, coastal and south interior Karnataka, Kerala, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep and at a few places in Orissa, Jharkhand, Jammu and Kashmir, west Madhya Pradesh, Gujrat state, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Telanagana, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu and north interior Karnataka and at isolated places in Rajasthan.

The southwest Monsoon has been vigorous in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim and active in Bihar and Vidarbha. It has been subdued over Rajasthan, Rayalaseema and north interior Karnataka.

Heavy to very heavy rains have occured at most places in Vidarbha. Heavy rain have occured at most places in Assam and Meghalaya, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim. Rains or thundershowers have occured at most places in Arunachal Pradesh, Gangetic West Bengal, Bihar, Chattisgarh and Andaman and Nicobar Islands and at many places in west Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and at a few places in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Orissa, Jharkhand, east Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan, west Madhya Pradesh, east Madhya Pradesh, Saurashtra and Kutch, Telanagana, north interior Karnataka and Lakshadweep.
