Heavy rainfall likely in Arunchal Pradesh, Assam

Pune, Jul 10 : Heavy to very heavy rains are likely to occur at most places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, and at many places in Bihar.

Heavy to very rains are likely to occur at many places in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Konkan, Goa and east Uttar Pradesh.

Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at many places in Gangetic West Bengal, west Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, coastal Karnataka, Kerala, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep.

They are also likely at a few places in Orissa, Jharkhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and interior Karnataka, and at isolated places in Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Rayalaseema and Tamil Nadu.

The southwest Monsoon has been active in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim. It has been subdued over Orissa, Jharkhand, Haryana, Punjab, east Rajasthan, east Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.

Heavy to very heavy rains have occurred at most places in Arunachal Pradesh, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, and at many places in Assam and Meghalaya.

Heavy rains have occurred at a few places in Tamil Nadu and at isolated places in west Madhya Pradesh.

Rain or thundershowers have occurred at most places in Konkan and Goa, and at many places in Bihar, Saurashtra, Kutch and Lakshadweep. They have also occurred at a few places in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, east Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Gujarat region, Madhya Maharashtra, coastal Andhra Pradesh, coastal and south interior Karnataka, Kerala and Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and at isolated places in Gangetic West Bengal, Orissa, Haryana, east Rajasthan, east Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Marathwada and Rayalaseema.
