When pregnant Alicia Keys tumbled onstage

London, July 6 : Mum-to-be Alicia Keys gave her fans a scare when she tumbled onstage during her performance at the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The singer, who was wearing stiletto heels, tumbled backwards and fell while singing "Love Is Blind". She, however, refused to let the incident disrupt her show. She climbed back to her feet and took her place at the piano to continue the song.

A source close to the star insists that the mother and baby were unharmed in the incident, reports contactmusic.com.

After the show, Keys is taking maternity leave to prepare for the birth of her first child with her fiance, producer Swizz Beatz.
