Meerut coldest at 5.4 degree in UP
Lucknow, Nov 30 : People of Uttar Pradesh were experiencing chilly weather with Meerut being the coldest city at 5.4 degrees Celsius.
According to the state Meteorological department, weather was manily dry in all divisions of the state.
Night temperature changed a little in all divisions. They were appreciably below normal in Gorakhpur, Varanasi and Kanpur divisions, below normal in Lucnknow and Agra divisions and normal in remaining divisions.
In the last 24 hrs, Meerut recorded the minimum temnperature of 5.4 degrees Celsius, followed by Lucknow 7.6 degrees, Allahabad 7.8 degrees, Ghazipur 8.5 degrees, Agra 8.8 degrees, Gorakhpur 10 degrees, Varanasi 10.2 degrees, Bareilly 10.9 degrees and Bahraich 12.4 degrees.
The weatherman has forecast a dry weather in the next 24 hrs.
