Swas Naturopathy to organise 15-day specialized Yoga camp

Ahmedabad, May 28 : Swas Healthcare, India's First Chain of Naturopathy Clinics and Hospitals, will organise specially tailored Yoga batches from June 1 to 15, at its clinic located in Jodhpur village.

Talking about the importance of practicing Yoga, Mr Sanjay Singh, CEO of Swas Healthcare told reporters here that Yoga and meditation works amazingly to achieve harmony and helps the mind work in synchronization with the body.

Yoga has been clinically shown to lower blood pressure, increase circulation, build muscle tissues, increase flexibility, relieve stress and stress-related symptoms, and strengthen the respiratory system.

He said one of the far-reaching benefits of Yoga is the uncanny sense of awareness of an impending health disorder or infection that it develops in the practitioner. This in turn enables a person to take pre-emptive corrective action.

There will be separate Yoga batches specially tailored to fight diabetes, reduce hypertension, prevent heart diseases, manage weight, manage arthritis and for better health management.

The batches will be held from 0615 hrs to 1900 hrs, to ensure that maximum people can take advantage of the camp.

Swas Healthcare is also organizing a 6-day long health camp for children in the age group of 10 to 15 years from May 30, at its drive-in road clinic in the city, he added.
