Bappi Lahiri working for world Peace

May 4, 2010 : Bappi Lahiri popularly known for his pop music is all set to preach world peace through music. He has always entertained us with his classic songs and now he will take it to global level.

Lahiri has been looking for international singers who would be the part of campaign. He is currently working for his next international album; surprisingly it will be not pop or flimy music but something more meaningful. Bappi is so overwhelmed that he could be associated with not just one but many well known international artists.

Bappida has also been able to convince legendary American saxophonist Gerald Albright to work in his album of world peace. Since Bappi's album, Jackson 5, was taking long time he thought of utilizing his free time in LA for something worthwhile. Gerald has performed at Bill Clinton's inauguration. He regularly features at the President's summit and on many private functions hosted for and by the US President.

Other artists like Julia waters and Maxine waters popularly known as water sisters will also be featured on the same Album. Bappi has not only composed the music but will also be playing tabla and sing on the album. He will be partnered by water sisters and US pop singer Terry Young.

The singer has also been doing some international work other than this international album. Hope Bapida finds success in achieving the ultimate objective behind making of world peace album and it comes out has a great hit..!!
