Balotelli could lose 2 mln-pounds-per-year for 'bad boy behaviour' at Liverpool
Italian striker Mario Balotelli would reportedly lose two million pounds a year if he misbehaves once his 16 million pounds transfer from AC Milan to Liverpool is completed.
Balotelli was pictured arriving at Liverpool's training base, Melwood, on Friday where he underwent a medical and had a face-to-face meeting with the Premier League club's boss Brendan Rodgers.
The striker's initial meeting with Rodgers went well with Balotelli having accepted a pay cut to join Liverpool on a three-year deal, Metro.co.uk reported.
It is reportedly believed that Liverpool have offered the Italy international about 90,000 pounds-a-week to return to England, with the Italian receiving an additional 40,000 pounds if he avoids getting into trouble both on and off the pitch.
Speculation is also rife that Liverpool have targeted free agent Samuel Eto'o as a potential replacement should the Balotelli deal collapse although the Premier League side is hopeful of concluding the transfer by Tuesday.
Balotelli is set to wear the number 45 at Anfield this season after the player's agent, Mino Raiola, posted a picture on Instagram of a Liverpool shirt with Balotelli's name and prospective new club number on the back.
Balotelli scored 30 goals in 54 games for Milan after signing from Manchester City, who beat Liverpool to the Premier League title last term in 2013, the report added.
