'Blue Is The Warmest Colour' star Lea Seydouxn is reportedly going to star in a lead role in the next James Bond movie.

According to sources, Seydoux's casting is yet to be confirmed, but they are currently negotiating a contract with the actress, however, it is unknown what character she will be playing, Metro.co.uk reported.

If Seydoux officially gets on board, she will join Daniel Craig, who is reprising his role as 007 for the fourth time.

Naomie Harris and Ralph Fiennes are expected to return to the franchise as Moneypenny and M respectively, while Chiwetel Ejiofor has previously been linked to the Bond villain role.

The 24th Bond movie, directed by Sam Mendes, is supposedly heading to Rome and would feature a 'spectacular' car chase.
