Varanasi: Explosives found in car

Varanasi, June 14 : The police have recovered large amount of Ammonium Nitrate, which is a chemical used in explosives, from a car in Uttar Pradesh's Varanasi city on Saturday, reports said.
The police have no0t arrested any person in connection to the matter so far.
"Before cops could reach the vehicle during the checking drive, about four passengers left the Maruti 800 car (UP 65 Q 5544) and escaped.Cops have recovered a driving license from the vehicle issued in the name of one Bilesh, a native of Rohtas district, Bihar," Hindustan Times reported.
The police are searching for those involved in the matter.
"Investigation is going on and we are trying to locate passengers who left the car at the toll barrier," Prakash D, inspector general of police, Varanasi zone was quoted as saying by the newspaper.
