RJD MP Gupta worked against interest of party in polls: Fatmi
Former Union minister M A A Fatmi today alleged that RJD MP from Rajya Sabha Premchandra Gupta, in connivance with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who was PM candidate of BJP in Lok Sabha elections, caused great harm to interest of the party, leading to its humiliating defeat in recently held parliamentary elections in Bihar.
Mr Fatmi told mediapersons that Mr Gupta was a big industrialist and he had nothing to do with politics and all his activities were aimed at promoting his business interest. He was hand in glove with BJP to defeat RJD in Lok Sabha elections in Bihar, Mr Fatmi alleged who quit the RJD yesterday.
"Mr Modi would soon reward Mr Gupta for his help extended to the BJP at the cost of interest of RJD in Lok Sabha elections', Mr Fatmi said adding that the nexus between Mr Modi and Mr Gupta, was a matter of investigation.
