Kolkata, Jan 30 : West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress (TMC) supremo Mamata Banerjee on Thursday said only her party can bring a 'paribartan' (change) at the Centre.
Addressing a rally at the Brigade Parade Ground in Kolkata on Thursday, Banerjee said: "We don't want a government in Delhi that supports and is involved in rioting. We want a government that will bring in a change in the country, that will work for the development of the country, that will work for the betterment of the people."
"Neither Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) nor the Congress is the alternative to each other. It is the TMC that is the new alternative at the Centre as only we can bring in 'paribartan' (change) in the entire India like we did in West Bengal," she said.
