One more witness identified Bollywood actor Salman Khan during deposition in re-trial of the 2002 hit-and-run case at Bandra in the session court today.

The witness, a childhood friend of Salman, deposed before Session Judge DW Despande and said after the incident on September 28, 2002, The actor ran away from the spot where one person was killed and four others were injured.

Trouble for the Bollywood actor is mounting as all six witnesses, including the injured who deposed in the court, have identified him as the culprit.

After examination of the witness, Judge Deshpande has adjourned further hearing till June 23.

Examination of witnesses in the re-trial commenced on May 6, and so far six witnesses have been examined.

On September 28, 2002, the 'Dabangg' actor's rammed into a bakery in Bandra, killing one person and injuring four others. At the time of incident he was allegedly driving under the influece of alcohol.
