Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray today had a luncheon meeting with the 18 elected MPs at his residence 'Matoshri'.

Most of the MPs from Mumbai and Thane belt attended the meeting where Aditya Thackeray was also present.

Speaking on the occasion, elected MPs Rahul Shewale and Gajanan Kirtikar criticised Raj Thackerey-led Mahrashtra Nav Sena(MNS)for helping the Congress by dividing Marathi votes in the past.

"Now people have realised their double game and so the party was shown the door, "they said.

Meanwhile, a party spokesman said the meeting was informal and organised to welcome the newly-elected MPs.

Shiv Sena had contested 20 Lok Sabha seats in the state,out of which, it won 18.
