Indian car rental company, Carzonrent recently launched the EasyCabs initiative with its radio taxi service in here.


Under the initiative, the customers can simply book the cab by giving a missed call at 43434343 providing a complete hassle free experience for the customer.

Once the customer gives a missed call on the customer care number, the customer care executive will call them back, take the details and confirm the booking.

This will completely eradicate the customer's experience of waiting for his turn for booking, call dropping, etc., and will not even pay for the call.

In an extensive user survey, Carzonrent revealed that one of the biggest reasons for passenger hassle was the tedious and tiring process of booking a cab through the customer care centre.

This initiative is to enhance the customer satisfaction and serve the customer delight, the company officials said.

According to the officials, EasyCabs is highly committed to provide its customers such innovative hassle-free services.

In order to be equipped to provide 100 percent service assurance guarantee to the customers; EasyCabs is also adding 300 more cabs to the existing fleet in Mumbai, which would result in honoring almost all the booking requests placed, the officials said.

EasyCabs is known for its well integrated GPRS tracking, meticulous networking system and competent management expertise.
