Filmmaker Subhash Ghai's latest release "Kaanchi" might have got off to a slow start at the box office but he is unfazed as he has already started looking for budding writers for his next.

"Fresh Monday. Fresh day. Fresh thoughts. Getting busy meeting with fresh writers for fresh concepts, scripts. If you have one. Tell me. I am open," Ghai posted on Twitter Monday.

"Kaanchi", reportedly made on a budget of Rs.15 crore, hit the theatres April 25 and minted Rs.1.25 crore in two days since its release in India.
