Why it is tough to be happy for '100 days' on the trot
Nearly 71 percent of people reportedly failed to complete the trending '100 happy days' challenge, citing 'time' as the main reason.
According to News.au, '100 happy days' is a campaign that encourages people to post one thing every day that makes them 'happy' for 100 consecutive days.
Dr Bob Montgomery, clinical, health and forensic psychologist said that this challenge is impossible and it will not work.
He added that humans can't ever be happy all of the time as most people have mixed feelings every single day and it's important to accept the good with the bad.
