Google hiring boss reveals tricks of landing jobs
Google's hiring boss Laszlo Bock has revealed the tricks of the trade that can help job applicants land any job in the world.
According to him, students shouldn't study just for the sake of it, because it doesn't mater where one went to college and what they studied, what maters is what they do with it, News.com.au reported.
Bock said that the first and most important thing is to be explicit and wilful in making the decisions about what one wants to get out of this investment in their education.
He said that the Google looks for in applicants is "general cognitive ability" to learn and solve new problems and in tech, this might mean understanding the basics of computer science, but in business it might mean statistics. The point is to understand the fundamentals.
The hiring boss added that the trick to a killer CV Frame is strengthening one's strengths properly by using the right content and one should always make their thought processes clear by stating the attribute, demonstrating it, and outlining what they have said while sitting for an interview.
