Kejriwal is mad: Uddhav Thackeray
Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray has called Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal a 'mad' person and that he is becoming an enemy of the common man.
In Sena's mouthpiece 'Saamna', Thackeray said: "A new fair of mad people has risen in the country, and a mad (yeda in Marathi) called Arvind Kejriwal is its head."
"Kejriwal made singular and derogatory references to Sushilkumar Shinde (Union Home Minister). What culture is this? This is the language of white collar criminals and thieves," he said.
"The mob culture against which Kejriwal spoke till yesterday, he himself resorted to the same. So what's different about AAP then?" said Thackeray.
He said even AAP supporter and author Chetan Bhagat termed the party as an item girl.
"Even a supporter like Chetan Bhagat felt ashamed of it and termed AAP as an item girl, Shinde called it mad and NCP's DP Tripathi called it a snake," said Thackeray.
He also hit out at AAP leader Kumar Vishwas and said he is a 'clown'.
"There is another clown called Kumar Vishwas in the circus and he had to apologise for remarks on women," said Thackeray.
"Kejriwal's mad fair is proving to be the enemy of aam aadmi (common man) itself. But his mad fair is not going to last long and the item girl should dance how much ever it wants till then," said Thackeray.
