Why Captain is feeling shy in asking for votes on misrule of UPA: Jaitley
Senior BJP leader and SAD-BJP alliance candidate from Amritsar Lok Sabha seat Arun Jaitely has asked Capt Amarinder Singh that why he is feeling shy in seeking votes from voters for the misrule and non performance of Congress rule in the country.
"Captain is not telling the public of Amritsar of the misrule, corruption, scams etc of its young vice president and his strange ideas which have no base in Indian politics in general and for Amritsar in particular', Mr Jaitley said in a public meeting at Sohia Khurd village in Attari region today.
The BJP leader said Congress led Government at Centre is deeply involved in scams of lakhs of rupees and has also compromised with the security of the country and even small countries are raising it eyebrows on India. The heads of Indian soldiers are being cut and taken to Pakistan and Congress is not doing anything to teach them a lesson, he further said.
The Congress Government has not paid compensations to its farmers and such a useless government is asking for votes on what grounds, he added.
Mr Jaitley said the creditability of Congress government is so low that they are not getting donations also.
Raising the voice of its border affected farmers, he promised to get them compensation for their lost agriculture land. He appreciated the efforts put in by the border farmers in the nation building.
Speaking on the occasion, Punjab Cabinet Minister Gulzar Singh Ranike said Modi Government has got its No. 2 leader in Arun Jaitley who will solve each and every problem of Guru Nagri Amritsar.
He said the people of Amritsar can ensure bright future of its future generations by voting for Arun Jaitley. To vote Captain is to waste their precious vote and put the future of Amritsar in dark, he contioned.
