Modi, Sushama to campaign for 2nd phase election in Odisha
BJP Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi and party Lok Sabha leader Sushma Swaraj are arriving in Odisha on April 10 and 11 to campaign for the party candidates contesting for the state Assembly and Parliamentary constituencies going to polls in the second phase of elections on April 17.
While Mr Modi will address two public meetings on April 11, Ms Swaraj will participate in three public meetings on April 10 to garner support in favour of the party candidates.
As per the programme, Mr Modi will address a public meeting at Permit Padia at Balasore April 11 at 0930hrs where party candidate Pratap Sarangi is facing among others Union Minister Srikanta Jena (Cong) and Rabindra Jena (BJD).
He will address another meeting on the same day at Ranipark in Talcher in favour of the party candidate.
On April 10, Ms Swaraj is scheduled to address election campaign meetings at Rairangpur in Mayurbhanja district, Anandapur in Keonjhar district and Mahakalpada in Kendrapra district.
Mr Napolo Murmu and Mr Bishu Prasad Das of the BJP are in the fray for Mayurbhanja and Kendrapara Lok Seats respectively.
