The Foundation, an NGO announced its 1st Annual Stakeholder's Conference on Child Sexual Abuse (ASCCSA) under its programme 'HEAL'


Talking about the issue of child sexual abuse and about ASCCSA, bollywood actor Rahul Bose said, 'According to the latest government survey 53.22% of 12447 children interviewed were sexually abused.'

Speaking at the occasion actor Kalki Koechlin said, 'Sexual education in India is limited in schools, it is not addressed in a mature, constructive and social way but as a science subject which has nothing to do with reality. It was only in June 2012 that The Protection of Children fron Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) 2012 was passed.'

The Bajaj Group came forward and vigorously showcased its support to eradicate the demon of Child Sexual Abuse. 'HEAL' was started in 2008, in order to combat the social discrimination that survivors of child sexual abuse face.

The foundation has chosen to work in the area of Child Sexual Abuse (CSA).
