People have nothing to do with Thackeray's brotherhood; Pawar
People have nothing to do with the brotherhood between Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena Chief Raj Thackeray as both were talking about their family feud and it would be of no good to the people of the state, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, said.
Mr Pawar, addressing an election campaign for Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) candidate from Kolhapur Lok Sabha constituency Dhananjay Mahadik at Papachi Tickti late last night, said it was only family feud the people had nothing to do with their brotherhood,
Mr Pawar said as per the talks about Gujarat as a development model by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), he refuted this claim with newly published statistics.
"Our state took a big lead in industry field than Gujarat as it was far from our state in this field," he added.
He questioned if there were progress in Gujarat then why did 12 lakh cows come in Maharashtra during drought situation in that state. He criticised Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi without taking his name that he was talking falsely as it was his nature.
