The Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) has conducted about a month-long law course for real estate professionals.


The GNLU organised the weekend certificate course on real estate laws from March 8 to April 6, a statement said today.

It said recognising the challenge of tremendous dearth of awareness among real estate stakeholders regarding real estate laws, GNLU has successfully accomplished its second endeavour in promoting importance of real estate laws in orderly growth of the sector.

Recently, GNLU had also successfully organised a national symposium of realty law in India, which was widely participated and attended by various stakeholders involving real estate industry.

GNLU said the certificate course received overwhelming response from various stakeholders from the industry across India such as builders and developers, real estate agents, housing finance institutions, architects, civil engineers and lawyers as they turned out to participate in the course in large numbers.

The speakers in the certificate course included well known figures in the real estate industry including P L Sharma, chief town planner, government of Gujarat.
