A Mumbai court will on Friday pronounce the quantum of punishment to the five convicts, including two juveniles, in the Shakti Mill gangrape cases.

"Three of the accused were common to both the cases. The two juvenile accused - one in each case - are being tried in the Juvenile Justice Court," reported CNN-IBN.

The court on Thursday convicted five people in the two gangrape cases that took place at the Shakti Mill compound here in 2013.

They have been convicted of rape, conspiracy, common intention and unnatural sex.

A Mumbai photojournalist was gangraped by five men, including a minor, when she entered Shakti Mills on Aug 22, 2013 for a shoot as the assailants held back her colleague by tying him up.

A telephone operator was allegedly gangraped by the same three men earlier on July 21, 2013 at the Shakti Mills in Mumbai.
