Mumbai court frames charges against Saif Ali Khan in Taj Hotel ruckus case
A Mumbai court framed charges against Actor Saif Ali Khan and two of his friends Shakeel Ladak and Bilal Amrohi on Thursday in connection with the February 2012 midnight brawl case in a restaurant of a five-star hotel.
All three have been charged under Sections 325 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The hearing of the case will begin from April 30.
The actor, who was dining with Ladak, Amrohi, Malaika Arora Khan, and then fiancee Kareena Kapoor, entered into a scuffle with Iqbal Sharma and his father-in-law at the five star restaurant.
Apparently, the scuffle took place because Sharma objected to the noise being created by Khan and his friends.
The verbal confrontation triggered off an ugly fist fight.
Sharma subsequently filed a complaint against the actor as his friends.
