How to save your skin from damage this Holi
Your skin can suffer a lot during the festival of Holi because of the harmful chemicals found in gulal.
Aromatherapist Dr. Blossom Kochhar said that applying mustard oil on face, neck, ears hands and legs a day before Holi can help remove the colour from the skin easily.
To keep your skin safe from colours, try wearing clothes which cover the whole of your body to minimise the extent of direct exposure to gulal, she said.
Rod Anker, Creative Director of Monsoon Salon and Spa, said that most people don't realize the importance of regularly moisturizing the skin and the drier your skin is, the more susceptible it will be to damage from chemical colours.
Ensure to keep your skin moisturised well before Holi.
