Gandhinagar, Mar 7 IBNS | 2 years ago

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal on Friday said Gujarat Chief Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)'s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi does not have time to meet him.

"Modiji does not have a time to meet us right now. Manish Sisodia has gone to seek permission to meet him in the next two-three days," Kejriwal told CNN-IBN.

Kejriwal said his convoy was stopped by the Gandhinagar Police while he was on his way to meet Modi.

Meanwhile, the BJP said Kejriwal did not take prior appointment of Modi.

"To meet someone like Modi, you need an appointment. The AAP clearly has not shown the courtesy," BJP spokesperson Jay Narayan Vyas was quoted as saying by the news channel.
