Tollywood actress Swastika Mukherjee on Wednesday launched the Bengali edition of popular women's magazine 'Femina Bangla' here.

Speaking on the magazine Swastika said, "The best part of this monthly is that it not only carries the celebrity news but also speaks about real woman."

"It's not that always one needs to be in the limelight and the glam quotient rates your success stories and 'Femina' pays a good heed to that," the actor said.

Swastika said she always wanted to make an identity of her own in the world of films.

"I had started my career while I was in the second year of my graduation. My daughter was 2 years old then. Although not in a much calculated manner, yet realizing, as the days rolled on, that I needed to make an identity of my own that would distinguish me from the showbiz background which I hail from," she said.
