Pind Balluchi the Village Resturant here salutes the spirit of the traditional dhabas of Punjab with a special 17-day long food festival, which started Friday, said a statement.

Chef Harbhajan Singh from Amritsar brings the authentic dishes off the streets of Punjab.

Foodies in town can savour a variety of 30 dishes from the buffet and that too at a highway price of Rs. 375 exclusive of surcharge. Enjoy chef's signature dishes like Kukkad Achari, Bhunna Meat, Jhalandari Ghobhi, Bhatwe de Pranthe, Sikka Jalebi with Lacchhce Wali Rabdi and more.

All the items on the menu have been created by using authentic ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.
