Microsoft is reportedly planning to rebrand its SkyDrive cloud storage service OneDrive.

While the OneDrive splash page currently reads "Coming Soon", it seems that there is more to what meets the eye.

According to leaked screenshots posted by LiveSide, Microsoft will roll out a number of incentives for users in an effort to boost their usage of the service, and bring their friends aboard as well, Tech Crunch reported.

Currently, SkyDrive provides users with a free storage space of 7 gigabytes.

However, as per the new incentive structure that would allow users to add another 8 gigabytes to their account, if Microsoft maintains the level of free storage in One Drive, people will have the option of free storage capacity of 15 gigabytes.
