Jubilant in pact with US firm to manufacture women health product

New Delhi, Sep 14: Pharmaceutical firm Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd today said its subsidiary--Jubilant HollisterStier, a contract manufacturer in North America--has entered into a contract with a US firm to manufacture an over-the-counter (OTC) women health and personal care product.

"This is a contract with a minimum quantity commitment and has a total value of over 70 million dollars for a period of over 4 years with a possibility of extension for another 2 years for a higher quantity," it said in a statement.

The production of the product under this agreement started at Jubilant HollisterStier manufacturing facility in Montreal, Canada, earlier this month.

Jubilant HollisterStier facility manufactures ointment, creams liquid products as well as sterile liquid and lyophilized products. (UNI -Posted on / )
