Godrej Properties to develop residential project in Gurgaon
Situated in sector 104, the project will be spread over 22 acres of land and will have a total saleable area of about two million square feet.
However, the company did not disclose the financial details.
The Mumbai-based firm has signed an agreement with Magic Info Solutions in this regard.
Strategically located in the Gurgaon urban area, the site is close to the proposed 150 m wide Dwarka Expressway.
It is well connected to the Airport, Railway Station, NH8 and Gurgaon Central Business District.
