New Delhi, Jan 27 : Director Rumi Jaffrey and music director Anu Malik were seen promoting their forthcoming release 'Gali Gali Mein Chor Hai' in Bangalore, on Thursday.
The movie tackles the issue of common man's fight against corrupt practices in a light-hearted manner.
"Film is based on the journey of a common man, this we have shown in the film. Ofcourse we have to make a story in the film, and like every story, it has a beginning and an end but inside the story we have shown that how the life of a common man changes when he gets stuck into an incident from which he struggles to move out from the corrupt system," Rumi Jaffrey said.
"You will keep laughing in the movie but at the same time you will also sense the pain of that person. This is true that only a man knows when he gets stuck into a difficult situation.
"So when you watch a movie, you would recount your time or somebody in your family, neighbours must have witnessed similar incident, in which he or she got ever stuck into a difficult situation and you can connect yourself in the movie," he said.
The movie's music composer insists that the music of the film is as interesting as the plot and that he has been getting positive reviews for his music.
"Gali Gali Chor Hai has been in the news because of lot of reasons but as a composer I can tell you that the music is really being appreciated seven days back when we released it and the title Gali Gali Chor Hai, Chhanno and Suno Suno has become new hits and I have been getting positive feedbacks," Anu Malik said.
The film, which features Akshaye Khanna, Shriya Saran and Mugdha Godse in the lead roles, will hit cinema houses on February 03. (ANI)
