Halle Berry's ex investigated for child endangerment and battery

Washington, Jan 24 : Halle Berry's ex and the father of her daughter Nahla, Gabriel Aubry is being investigated for criminal child endangerment and battery.

According to the police report, Aubry allegedly pushed his nanny into a door while she held his daughter in her arms, TMZ.com reported.

According to law enforcement sources, Aubry was supposed to take 3-year-old to school on Wednesday but decided to keep her home instead.

The nanny, who worked for both Aubry and Berry, went to the school to pick Nahla up and was told the child was a no-show.

The nanny then went to the actor's home, where she found Nahla. The nanny picked Nahla up and began to question Aubry as to why he didn't take the child to school.

The report says, that's when Aubry allegedly flew into a rage -- claiming, "You're the f**king nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don't need to f**king know anything."

The 6-foot-4 Aubry then allegedly pushed the 5-foot-2 nanny out of the door, while Nahla was still in her arms.

The nanny filed a police report, claiming she was injured.

Law enforcement sources said that the police are investigating Aubry for both misdemeanour child endangerment and misdemeanour battery.

Although, the report lists the investigation as a battery, but law enforcement sources insist that they are "definitely investigating child endangerment." (ANI)
