Hate preacher Bakri's pole dancing daughter has disowned him
London, Oct.13 : The pole-dancing daughter of Muslim hate preacher Omar Bakri has
slammed her dad's extremist views.
Single mum Yasmin Fostok said that she does not care what Bakri thinks of her job, and
adds that she has now disowned her dad.
"I have not done anything to be ashamed of. I'm being targeted because of my dad, which
is unfair. He's not even in the country any more. I don't agree with what he says and
haven't spoken to him in years," The Sun quoted Yasmin, as saying.
Bakri is known for his rants against Westerners and his views about women. He
controversially labelled 9/11 terrorists the "Magnificent 19" and said Brits brought the
London bombings of July 2005 on themselves.
Yasmin, 27, lives in a council flat in Catford, south east London with her
three-year-old son.
She was brought up as a Muslim but has since ditched her childhood beliefs - as well as
her clothes.
She struts her stuff in clubs, with dance troupe Ibiza Untouched.
Yasmin said: "I've done pole-dancing but I like to keep it quiet. I don't normally do
topless work but I'm willing to go topless if the venue is right."
She said: "My dad's views are nothing to do with me. I am an adult, my own person. I
do my business and he does his."
Syrian-born Bakri, 50, recently denied Yasmin was a dancer, saying: "I have no daughter
doing anything like this. All my children are practising Muslims.
"I spoke to my daughter. At first I told her I was shocked at the stuff I was hearing.
But then she told me it was all lies," he said.
